A large red cube balances on one corner in front of a black office building with many dark windows. The contrast of the bright red against the flat black sameness of the building is stunning. In the middle of the side of the cube facing the camera is a perfectly circular hole. The inside is unpainted metal. The lines of the cube being diagonal and the circle also contrast with the strictly horizontal and vertical lines of the building. At the far left toward the bottom of the photo is a person walking into the frame, providing perspective of the size of the sculpture which is about four times as tall as the person.
