A shocking day. If "farming" has become a "pejorative word" it is due to the likes of #salmon & not fab #regenerativefarmers & #SlowFood producers. Other countries ban #farmedsalmon & ⬆️ chefs #OffTheTable. #Scotland behind the curve. We'll never be world class at this rate #FoodTransparency wake up!

Just as organic growers wanted to grow a certain way for personal reasons so too do #RegenerativeFarmers. They don't want rules and regs but they may be forced on them here too because of other producers are looking for a free ride.
