Depending on the party, Riffie is either dancing up a storm, sampling the snacks, or chatting with her friends. If she shows up to a party and doesn't know anyone there, she will be very tempted to 180 and leave XD or at least find some place quiet to take up space in.

Teasing her or being overly familiar with her while out in public is the fastest way to get her flustered, and if she's not confident in her standing with you, she will either fight you or run away lmao. If she IS confident, she will flirt back.
Riffie can't conceive of sitting around, so her downtime/off-time is spent dancing, singing, working out, visiting friends, or maybe traveling somewhere new just to meet people, shop, explore, or learn new stuff. And she's always looking for pretty things to give her friends.
