Very few of mine do, actually— Erenji (the vulpera, not the 'sona) has three simple silver hoops on each ear. Tzan'ji has a gold hoop on his left ear. Nixzemi, the goblin teaching car mechanics to Erathem, has simple studs, and Sagarrok, my orc druid has a severaal animal teeth. #rngOCs
