It's just starting to snow a bit! Am one of those who loves this cosy and grey time of year. Reading, sipping tea, sleeping in late. Getting ready to roast the last pumpkin in the larder, to make soup, bread, and who knows what else #pumpkin #roastveg #homecooking

Made roast carrots and parsnips in the air fryer tonight for the first time. Trial run for the big day coming in 4 sleeps. 🎅🏻
Not too bad. Added a glaze 5mins from the end. No complaints. Also tried roast potatoes. Really nice, but not traditional crispy crisp roasties.
