The humanoid is a A Fleetman, a genetically modified human made to be able to survive in the vacuum of space. They're not exactly pretty. The collar you see there is not part of their suit, rather them. Whilst they still require oxygen to live they have large lungs and are capable of slowing their body down to a almost dead state and entering a hibernation to stay alive for several weeks in the space. The "Collar" you see attached to them is what they breathe out of, They can exhale to move themself through space without thruster/rocket/jet assistance. Their trunk is their mouth, they eat and talk with it, they can breathe through it though they'd rather breathe through the "Collar" (unsure of the proper word for the "collar")
