Off to Spryfield for today's ride! This route does ride along Dunbrack Street for a short section, and passes through the rotary. Besides those wo sections, it sticks mostly to multi use paths, trails, and secondary streets. As always, lights, bells, and helmets are required for our rides, and we'll aim for an average speed of 20km/hr to keep the ride time under 2 hours
