Here's some last minute Febrooary art, I drew Rupert's friend Ozzie who appeared in a 1950s story. In the original picture he was holding a union flag because he was visiting the UK to see the Queen's coronation but I changed it to the Australian flag. Going to color later. #rupertbear #febrooary
