#AIPack 0.8.11 released

- All built in #ruslang with #Ratatui (amazing for TUI)
- pro@coder, lab@ako, lab@polychat packs
- agents are single .aip markown files with Lua and prompt
- ~100 api (json, pdf, markdown, tag extractor, attachments .)

tpm2-protocol does not buffer and requires only stack for the resulting object or buffer i.e. does "clone semantics" (in stack).

that's not good enough, so the next step (in 0.11) is neither use stack and limit into RO only conditions:
