1st is his eye - updated scar tex to be jagged & reach his nosebridge (before this was only a vertical line which bugged me) + a subtle glow (after mt gulg)
2nd - glowy scar on abdomen! also bc of mt gulg (emet stabbed him)

in lore tho 'ryosen' is his chosen name & 'daisho' was his mother's maiden name. when he first arrived in eorzea and was told to write his name on the guild ledger, he decided right there to drop his father's last name & take up his moms. he does have a prev dead name but thats secret <3 #ryoceanxiv

ryosen daisho was one of the chara creator generated names LMAO. i did go through a bunch before settling on it .... its crazy how much that influenced his character actually bc it kinda set in stone for me that he'd be doman/far eastern #ryoceanxiv
