The lights/screens during Light N3 of #phish #sphere were absolute insanity. Just watched the YT and my mind is blown. Lots of flashing lights too. Hope no one stroked out.

personally i felt @phish.com #sphere could have been ten times the visual and aural experience it is. not sure how nobody is getting this. someone needs to explain lidar technology, and expansive sound horizons to the sphere or moment or some shit. cause they are missing the damn memo.

Took a bunch of pictures this past weekend at the #Phish shows at #Sphere. I just loved the backdrops the band provided. These photos barely scratch the surface; it was that much better than you could possibly capture on camera.

Phish on stage, a large virtual group of lighting rigs shining above the stage as the actual compact lighting rig is dark, creating a stunning contrast. White lights dominate, but brilliant rainbow hues infuse the entire scene.
Phish plays below a landscape of deep pastel hues of red, green, yellow and blue, forming the effect of rolling hills in the distance. A curved grid is above in a purple sky that fades to black. A beautiful iridescent purple and rose sphere sits in the grid, floating above the horizon.
Phish is lit by minimalist stage lighting in a simple bluish-white. Above them on the screen are beautiful repeating hexagonal patterns that appear as a great textured steel wall rising to infinity.

A short thread of photos from three nights of #Phish at #Sphere in Vegas. Too many images to share so I’ll just post four from each night. What a great palette to paint every night, and I especially loved how they kept it simpler for some songs and just let #CK5 throw virtual light rigs up there.
