Today we mourn the loss of my salt fork. Though his time on this earth was short, a mere three steak servings, his impact was enormous, and we will all feel his loss keenly.

This is Old Sloppy. She's an 8 year old deer that lives at the Salt Fork Lodge in Lore City, Ohio. She has some form of condition that causes her tongue to hang loosely from her mouth. She is very friendly and we shared a bag of unsalted peanuts together. #nature #saltfork #ohio #deer #oldsloppy
