The shooter was 17. Police engaged him 4 min after the 1st shot but he killed 8 classmates, 2 teachers & wounded 13. He detailed the plan in journals & even bought a “Born to Kill” t-shirt. Yet to this day he remains hospitalized, deemed unfit for trial.
