Invincible: No weapons nor magic can hurt or kill them as long as they are trapped.
Body invasion: Their tight prison is alive and will relentlessly penetrate their holes during their captivity.

Smoothed out:Their entire body has been slightly reshaped over time, leaving them unfit for battle.

Broken mind: For you it was a week, but for them it felt like years. They cannot communicate anymore and will only understand simple commands.
Reliever perk: if used for sexual relief, they automatically grant 2d8 temporary hp to whoever is using them.
Blanked: Their race-specific special caracteristics and physical attributes (horns, tails, scales, etc...) have been removed.
Their name has changed from “sase tului” to [choose name].
Their class had changed from “war shaman” to “thrall”.

Nameless Thrall joins the party! giving equipment to Nameless thrall makes him a permanent member of the party. Equipped: “Pony Hood” Nameless thrall can be lead using reins. “Reliever perk” can be used on a bonus action. Deafness status is lifted as long as “Pony Hood” is equipped. Who am I?: Not giving a name to your new party member makes them unable to recall who they were. They will blindly follow orders unless their life is directly threatened. Equipped: “Small Bag” Nameless thrall can hold extra objects for the party. Equipped: “Large Tail Plug” Nameless Thrall is kept aroused, which turns the 2d8 “Reliever perk” into 2d12. “Pony gear” full set perk: Monsters with a high Lust stat will focus their attacks on Nameless thrall. Seemed like that dungeon was gonna be an easy one, but things went horribly wrong when one of the foes summoned a strange black slime towards the group. Stuck in an unnaturally straight pose, covered from head to toe by a thick layer of black latex that brutally fucks all their holes relentlessly, the three warriors who fell first can't even see, nor ear the muffled screams of the last one still struggling. As they climax uncontrollably, they all start leaking their own mana, in the form of a viscous fluid, not realizing that once they'll be out of magic power, they'll be stuck in their new forms for good, as nothing more than obscene living decorations for the dungeon's owner.
The fact that it took me 8 months to find the motivation to colour that one is a testimony to how I don't like colouring to begin with. x)
