Sort of a German 🇩🇪 dinner night tonight. Didn’t have time for the Spätzle but did do the Schnitzel and some Rotkohl (red cabbage) from an old Austrian cookbook I have from 1960. Look a little later for the dessert post. That’s definitely German. #schitzel #schnitzeltag
