Drum lessons at #schoolofrockchia continue with “Sweet Child o’ Mine”. The dramatic ornaments and crescendos in the intro and elsewhere are OK, but deceptively simple kick drum pattern and little fills in the verse are severely testing my motor skills. 😅

Drum lessons at the #schoolofrockchia continue. We’ve now moved on to “Sweet Home Alabama”, which (even simplified) demands *considerably* more independent control of one’s limbs. (And I have only fairly rudimentary control of my limbs at the best of times. 😅)

Signed up for drum lessons at the recently opened #schoolofrockchia and wore my #haruna #lovebitesband shirt for the occasion. 👍 (We’re starting with “Back in Black”, though, rather than million-mile-an-hour power metal! 😅)
