The whole fabric stripe finished. The white coton flanell was coloured with red fruit tea. I used mainly purple and bright acid green colourshades for the collage, lavender glass rocailles with a special lustering, and multicoloured/variegated threads.

The collage is not only for seeing, it has a texture to touch. Stitches made like letters of an unknown language, lace, silk and tea bag paper - plus emboidered glass beads.
