A friendly reminder to cosplayers and sewist in a post JoAnns world, check your thriftstore often for material. Today I found about 5yards of purple velvet (velvet not crushed velvet) for $6 and 1 yard of pink brocade for $3. Both were found hanging in the linens section. #secondhandfabric #cosplay
