Today I added a unique machine to the collection. A Sega Pico, Released in 93/94 by Sega as an educational console/computer. The game is also a book and as you turn the pages different games are played using a touchpad and pen. Great fun

Last year I picked up a Yamaha Copera for hardware research purposes. The Copera is a rare variant of the Sega Pico that adds additional sound hardware: a Yamaha YMF262 OPL3 FM chip, YMZ263B ADPCM and a pair of YM7128B digital delay chips. #sega #segapico #yamahacopera
