表参道にあるカフェバー uniのロースタリーの位置付けで、10月23日にオープンしたばかりだそうです。

エチオピアの”Tamiru Tadesse Bona Zuria(エチオピア タミル・タデッセ・ボナ・ズリア)”というコーヒー。
タミル・タゼッテは生産者、ボナ・ズリアはエチオピア シダマ地方の生産地の名前です。
