Grimscythe (or whatever her name is gonna be) and Seraphlaser sit side by side on the Flipside tower just after the sun set. Seraph, looking up at the stars, asks "do you suppose mortals see the same stars we do?" Grim responds, "Sappy question, halo-haver... but why do ya ask?" Seraph, still looking up at the sky, says "I like knowing that I share the same sky with others." and quietly adds, "The same sky as yours."
