The hill is always a killer, got to the top without having to walk this year, but can definitely feel it on the quads today!

Running my 10th half marathon but the first one since my youngest was born. Finding time to train in between work/two young kids is pretty tough but it meant I had the best cheerleaders up the hills ❤️ #SheffieldHalfMarathon (repping #ReadingFC even though wearing blue and white is a risk up here!)

Awesome run - Over 7,000 runners, fab atmosphere and I improved on last year’s time!
I was dead on my my feet by mile ten coming back down Ecclesall Road, but a stubborn unwillingness to give up saw me through, lol.

Finished Week 4 of training for the #SheffieldHalfMarathon and don't mind admitting that my body is feeling the strain.
Today is a rest day, and boy do I need it. Rest days are an essential part of training, especially as you get older. Never feel guilty for resting!

Amazing atmosphere at #SheffieldHalfMarathon yesterday. Some parts felt a bit like the Tour de France, whereas others, more remote ones, felt super calm. Nice contrast! #RunForAll
