Number is around 910 Axolotls.
Last I checked my stats while recording was when I got 2000 squid kills{Jan 22nd}, it shows my animals bred stat at 177, my current one is 1087 & I'm pretty sure I hadn't bred any animals in-between that time, if so, the number wouldn't be much lower.
