There is a little boy in a stroller in the lower right corner of the frame who is taking a picture of the scene at the same time as me (with an iphone). There is a girl in a black tank top with Mickey Mouse ears on laughing, in the middle of the frame, and a man behind her in a crisp white uniform sweeping up in the area right in front of the roped-off area. There appear to be people from many different cultural and ethnic backgrounds in the crowd. It was taken during the "golden hour," and the areas that aren't in shadow are bathed in warm/orange light.
