I hung out at a cafe over the weekend to do some sketching. Once home, I tried out my Bombay Magenta ink for a nice tonal wash of everything.

I got to sketch the small record store inside the KEXP building in Lower Queen Anne. It was packed with people and the occasional dog. Love seeing everyone out enjoying their lives.

I love old and dilapidated buildings. They have so much character and are fun to draw.

Here's a sketch I made from one of my photos of such a building. I used one and ink as well as a diluted ink wash to add shading and a bit of color.
