For his 15th birthday, Odd Della Robbia decided to devote the day of August 28, 2007 to the Orleans skydiving club where his elder sister Marie works as an instructor, having taken charge of training her friends Yumi and Aelita for the japanese girl's 16th birthday on July 2. As the eldest of the Della Robbia family's five daughters, Marie is the only one to have stood up for her grandbrother in the face of the bad pranks played by her sisters Adele, Elizabeth, Louise and Pauline. She is also close to him, and has often made a point of recommending a variety of sporting activities, prompting Odd to take up capoeira at the age of 5 years old.
