My attempt to recreate my meal at SkyHigh in Philly. The puree is asparagus and jalapeño, the steak is topped with a mustard butter. Pretty easy. My tenderloin was good, but probably not the quality grade of the original. Good enough for me though.

Four Seasons SkyHigh Bar and Restaurant in Philadelphia. Fancy dinner to end 3 days of driving a truck and moving my son there after graduating from Penn State. Delicious, but ridiculously expensive. Purty!
