Sorry for another update I know it's soon after the last but it may be longer than I thought. A beloved pet of my family's passed away today and I need more time to process lots of emotions. I'll be focusing on my mental health more than ever. I appreciate your support and patience.🩷

Having a really bad depressive episode, I can feel it causing me really bad anxiety and I think I've been forcing myself to act cheerful to cover it ;; I've been feeling devalued as a person and unconfident in my art, so I'm gonna take some time off socials for a couple days

I wish my social anxiety didn't cripple me so much on my art spaces. It's so parasitic and it ruins the way I view myself and how I stress over everything. I doubt my art skills too much and get anxiety over how others think of me. It truly doesn't help with my depression

I'm at a point where I'm feeling extremely depressed about my art both in quality and because I don't draw as often as I wish I could due to my irl job. I know I can go at my own pace but there's such much I have to get done but the stress is making me feel helpless and lost 😣
