How the heck did I strain the arch of my foot? I have high arches and it's achy. Not a full sprain, I can walk on it, but it's better if I keep off of it as much as possible. 🙄 I don't do crutches thanks to my wrists, so...borrowing Sam's extra walker & rolling around on a little chair. #sograceful.
