344"25 #SonsoftheNeonNight call it samey with its crime narrative but this ensemble just has the screen presence to stand around & it's already worthwhile. Action set pieces are big & loud. Snowy HK is such a memorable sight. Characters could be fleshed out more but good enough.

Just watched Sons of the Neon Night. Tbh, I was lost for the first 30 mins! It's a visually stunning, hyper-stylized HK gangster flick but a little confusing at first. Pro-tip: do a quick search on the plot before you go. It’ll help a lot!

要談論 “風林火山”，是一件不是易事。

錢用左4億，由劇本創作計起，耗時超過十年，說它是一套唔及格的爛片，又未至於；但它是一套及格電影，又談不上。

整個故事是完整，但很多細節很支離破碎，要極費神先可了解其墨絡，及自行去腦補故事的推進；畫面及聲音是靚的，看得出場景及服裝等美術花了不少心機；但在講故事上層面上，我覺得是太刻意，著跡而不自然，片中呈現的銅鑼灣，排除科幻完素，仍然很不真實；演員方面，整體是不錯，對盧海鵬及鮑起靜的演出印象有點深刻。
