散髪後に二子玉川駅へ。
ちょっと早かったので駅のカフェで一服、ソイラテをお願いしてみました。

最近、牛乳の代替で植物性ミルクの種類が増えてますね。
豆乳は昔からありますけど、アーモンドミルクやオーツミルク、えんどう豆からとったピーミルクというのもあるそうです。

豆乳だと低脂肪乳よりはコクもあって飲みごたえがある。
こっちにしてみようかな。
