Infographic showing the results from the latest science papers from LIGO. This one is for the gravitational wave event GW241110. It shows two black holes, one of 17 solar masses the other of 8 solar masses inspiraling and radiating gravitational waves. The larger of the two has two smaller black holes merging prior to lead to the larger mass. The system is annotated as being 2.4 billion light years from Earth, and on the side, the LVK detectors are listed.
