Horny Jail seems counterproductive for someone that likes being caged/bound.

An anthro female-presenting character is halfway down some unknown characters throat, topless. Her expression is flustered, concerned, and blushy. She appears to be resisting her current situation. However, this character enjoys this act, and consented to it in advance of the picture's available context. There are millions of art pieces like this that would be falsely flagged as 'rape' by an abusive and vague reporting system by bad faith actors who simply don't like what they're looking at. A large speech bubble is to the left: "I have to say that I consented to being eaten by this unknown character because I am a singular image being shown with little to no context with an 'atypical' expression of arousal, which includes a worried expression and signs of resistance. The character eating me has a very close relationship with me, but you wouldn't know that from a single image! This could have simply been tagged and filtered by Bluesky's self-moderation, but instead, if I don't say out loud that I consented to this kink scenario I find myself in, I am at risk for getting my artist banned by bad faith users that report anything they don't like as 'nonconsensual sexual material'! There is no way to protect against this, by bluesky's own vague rules, aside from openly saying that I consented to this scenario, thus ruining the freedom of viewer interpretation, taking away people's rights to see legal content, and otherwise putting any artist that firmly falls in this vague rule's 'gray area' at risk of being completely de-platformed because Bluesky wants to censor certain content, but won't even define exactly what about it will be the parameters by which content will be reported and banned. Nobody wins in this situation. But sure, Thanks for being fake-concerned about the consent of fictional characters and not listening to those "14,000+ users" you claim to have heard." And the thousands of others that are now speaking up.

There's ridiculous loopholes in this new 'nonconsensual sexual acts' rule that need to be addressed before this gets out of hand.

If you think 'this won't affect me cuz I don't draw noncon,' think again.

And it shouldn't have to affect you for you to care.

With how vague Bluesky's rules are, saying that I consent out loud might not even be GOOD enough! Are people allowed to tell stories of sexual assault for narrative purposes?
