MJ is NOT a super all the time. Tl;dr, she gets a DNA splicer, much like the Renew Your Vows comics, thanks to Johnny Storm in this universe's Maximum Carnage event. She can tap in to a 12 hour period of having spider powers but the splicer must recharge for 24 hours. With that in mind, I based this design of Spinneret HEAVILY off of Jack-O' Valentine from Guilty Gear, she does have a logo on the back but I never drew it here, I'll draw it one of these days. I also gave her a hot pink color so that her hair wouldn't blend in with the suit!
I really wanted that classic Black Cat look but I needed to have a more, higher class version seeing how Bootleg!Felicia is the owner of a cabaret club in Botendori (Brooklyn + Dotenbori/Sotenbori). I also wanted to really go into the cat motif as I feel BC could really benefit from that, plus it's cute! She's got the classic ears and tail combo, she has her ponytail tied to look like a ball of yarn, and she even has a sewing needle pin to go with that yarn! All completed with the high boots, sewn in corset, and the fut that really makes this Black Cat look like the classic femm fatale archetype!
