Not really but I'm just gonna make commentary about the show here to keep it all in one place. Some spoiler, some not

- LJS wakes up from getting knocked out in the sister drum door - Xia Jie flirts with her boss in org X and reluctantly agrees to recruit RLZ and LJS - That whole domestic moment when LJS is rejected by Chestnut and Qianli urges him to pet toast's butt in consolation - Wu Qi comes over worried about a pyramid scheme, meets RLZ, decides he's so beautiful it makes sense that LJS has chosen to live in his house, you know, heterosexually. - Zhuang Rujiao is introduced. - Apparently RLZ takes Rujiao through eleventy billion doors while no one is looking - Rujiao gets hospitalized for exhaustion due to the above and gets force fed bananas. - Rujiao runs away - LDY comes to dinner the first time and everyone laughs bc he is so into Baijie - RLZ agrees for Baijie to do door challenges with LDY - We get to see TZZ's terrible movie being filmed - TZZ has an entire door challenge with the boys (that happens off-screen) - LDY comes to dinner AGAIN looking for Baijie - We (and RLZ) have to endure clueless idiot LJS asking if he can have Second Cat since he doesn't have a girlfriend - Org X dude demands that Xiong-ge and Xiao Ke help recruit LDY and LJS while playing w children's building blocks, evilly.

SO MANY THINGS HAPPEN??!???? Fitting a story around the events of that ep is absolutely BANANAS. I DUNNO THIS JUST SEEMS LIKE A LOT FOR 40 MINUTES

Ruan Lanzhu who has never been sick or watched a non-terminal human illness play out is alarmed when Ling Jiushi gets sick with a cold. He scolds Chen Fei for not being able to cure it. (Chen Fei does not care. Chen Fei does not get paid enough for this.)

If this is absolutely too sad for you to bear (esp wrt #spirealmspoilers) then know that I hc him with Chen Fei, since both of them want something from rlz that just isn't available to people who aren't ljs - they each need more softness than he could ever give them, and would thus go well together.
