Resumiendo, The Enterprise Incident es un gran capítulo, con algún fallo menor, pero nada que estropee una muy buena hora de ciencia ficción clásica y espionaje. Muy de la época, pero que sigue funcionando como un tiro a día de hoy.

Hablando de Balance of Terror, me gusta cuando se recuperan cosas de capítulos anteriores, algo no habitual en una serie tan a la antigua usanza, de capítulos independientes.

Por ejemplo, el dispositivo de ocultación, o que los vulcanos/romulanos se "besen" con la mano.

Vale, si, los villanos hacen cosas absurdas, pero bueno, si los villanos actuaran al 100% de eficiencia, los buenos morirían en cada capítulo.

Pero en general, y al igual que en Balance of Terror, estos romulanos son unos antagonistas de primer nivel

Me gusta que los villanos sean inteligentes, sospechen, no se dejen engañar tan fácilmente.

No solo la comandante romulana como su segundo al mando son inteligentes. Los guardias de seguridad tampoco son tan tontos como en otros capítulos y hacen su trabajo como deben.

Esto va de que Kirk hace que la Enterprise entre en territorio romulano, e inmediatamente sea rodedada y forzada a rendirse.

Kirk trama algo. Nosotros lo sabemos, los romulanos lo saben, nadie se fía y todo es engaños, trucos y juegos de espías.

Como digo, tenso e interesante.
