“Station To Station” will take its place in my collection. A mosquito set in amber from which the DNA of a band and singer that affect me like no other was extracted to create something remarkably similar while remaining thrillingly different.

Wild is the Wind - never knew it was a cover version until about 10 years ago. It feels so like a Bowie song. I might listen to Johnny Mathis version later 😅. Up there with the best covers ever. This really hits home 💜

Wild Is The Wind. A song I heard first sung by Billy on “Transmission Impossible”. Billy’s version will always be the definitive one for me. His control, his range, the moments he holds back and the moments he really soars is extraordinary

Unlike Word On A Wing, the six minutes of Stay never feels to long. It's an amazing vehicle for the whole band. Arguably the album's musical highlight. #StationToStation50

Stay is just mind-blowing. Bowie at his peak. The production and arrangement and the musicians are all amazing. Possibly my favourite track on the album and up there with Bowie's best ever tracks #stationtostation50
