More potential hacks for the PubMed & other NCBI access problems.
Not being an IT person, I have to assume everyone can make their own informed risk assessment & act accordingly.

Per @gerardhough on Twitter another *possible* hack for PubMed/NCBI issues: change DNS settings to Google's public DNS servers (8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4) (& the usual clearing of browser cookies & cache).
Have not tried this myself yet.
