Name: Chris Watson
Villain Name: Kasper
Abilities: Darkness manipulation, invisibility, intangibility, teleportation, nightmare inducement, and psychological manipulation
Crimes: Robbery, second-degree murder (though he claims it was accidental), assault, kidnapping
Bio:
Growing up in a very hard home in Burbank, Chris was very lonely and had zero friends growing up. Over the years, Chris developed depression and severe anxiety over being vulnerable. One night, in high school, Chris found a box in his grandfather’s closet and in it was a mysterious cloak that was able to give him powers but feed into his fears and torment him with it. This cloak—Paul—would come to be his only “friend” in his life.
As soon as he turned 18, Chris turned to a life of crime over being rejected by nearly every heroic branch in his state due to his powers and aesthetic, earning the villain name Kasper. He eventually found himself in LA and got arrested by SDN hero Blonde Blazer herself, but that was mostly because he got distracted by her beauty and because she was faster than him.
Years later, Blazer then offered Kasper a spot on the Phoenix Program and he joined the Z-Team where he was one of the many villains, anti-heroes, and vigilantes to join. He came off to a very poor start due to not having a clue on how to be a hero
However, a certain dispatcher named Robert Robertson comes into the picture… and maybe things will turn out differently for Kasper and the Z-Team…
Introducing my Dispatch OC: Kasper
He’s essentially a villain that has a really evil cloak and is shady but anxious. I introduced him earlier yesterday on tumblr but I’ll show him here too.
