Second walk. This time starting at Stone Barrow Down, along the Purbeck Monocline. Up to Ridgeway Hill, looking out to Kimmeridge and Warbarrow Bay with Portland in the distance.

An early-ish morning walk up Swyre Head to get the blood pumping. It was lovely being (almost) the only human there.

Okay, 2nd attempt at posting this. Summitted Creech Barrow Hill yesterday after a short climb. Once King John's hunting lodge was at the top. We followed this with a delicious cream tea at the Cake House close-by.

Trip to Dartmoor, Devon yesterday. T'was my Better Half's birthday and our 22nd Wedding Anniversary. We climbed Brentor, a #basalt outcrop and sheltered in the Church St. Michael de Rupe. A very beautiful place. Said a prayer before leaving.

A much needed walk today to shake off months of worry and upset. After some positive news this week, it felt good to be outside and free to enjoy being ourselves by the sea. 7.8 km walked but some of it on shingle so that's a few more calories burned. That's what I'm telling meself!

A walk in #Devon yesterday, to get out of my own head while I wait to hear what #cancer treatment is on offer. #Maidencombe first, along the SW coastal path then onto #Watcombe before ending the trip with a slow walk up to #Haytor. 13.5 km. I love Devon, it's other-worldy.
