I am only allowed measure results for my fitness goals the 1st and 16th of the month. That limit has changed my focus between to really focus on the process and hope for successful results on accountability day. Today was successful. 2.1 pounds down since the 1st.

Since the discipline session a top the hill in July I have had extra motivation and accountability with a few guys to put the work in to make changes I desire to make physically. These pictures are only 1.3 pounds different but 1.5" off my waist. #submissivefitness

I had a failed start at refocusing on trimming back down. Time for #submissivefitness focus again. Here is starting weight and date. Goal is to get back into the 240's. Now to keep this boy focused and pushing for goals.

#submissivefitness Week 16. Keeping at it. Feeling a bit of a boost that my efforts may not be for not. Received a spontaneous complementary comment about my body while naked in submission last night. Those don't happen often, so it felt good. Adds a bit of a spark.

Good and Bad Day: Hit an unpleasant weight today, being higher than it has in years. Today is also a run day and after I started I decided I was going to do a 10k. Managed it with no breaks. This boy has to focus and perform better! #submissivefitness

Sir took my measurements at lunch today so we can see how #submissivefitness focus progresses. He then bent me over the bed and used the thin leather quirt as he told me I would focus and get results or else! It stung like fire and I was genuinely yelping! Yes Sir!

#submissivefitness continued today. Sir ordered the liner removed from a pair of running shorts for todays run. While sheer, nothing could be seen but I felt naked! Obeying fired me up for today!
