I’ll be undergoing surgery the 1st week of May. I’m having the 1st of 2 total knee replacements. I’ve been in constant pain for years, but hopefully, these surgeries & the physical therapy afterwards will give me an improved quality of life. 😊👍 #suckstobeold #tuesdaytrek

I have been informed by Mrs H i am not supposed to use the children's play equipment.

I was going to be all motivated today. Because the sun's out and I need to finish my yard, which is a couple a day project. I got up this morning & I feel like i'm 150yrs old.I am so sore from the work I did yesterday🤣
