The first time I had sushi 30 years ago was at Sushi Nozawa, a top five ranked restaurant in LA. Kind of like having the superbowl as your first football game. On Chef Nozawa’s menu then, and now at SUGARFISH, the Blue & Dungeness Crab Hand Roll was a revelation. I could eat 100! #sushi #SUGARFISH
