A pint glass full of amber beer. Sadly it looks better than it tastes

Dinner out with the family, beer selection was meh, the “darkest” choice was South by Southeast Trailhead amber.

Unimpressed, not very malty nor sweet or biscuity as one would expect.

Happily the food and company were fabulous!
