🇨🇭 That is what happens when the Swiss National Science Foundation #SNSF and the #swissuniversities adopts a National Open Access Strategy with the goal to achieve 100% open access to publicly founded publications!

18% in Biological Sciences, but only 9% in Agricultural ones 🫣...

🚨 Initiated over a year ago and aimed to maintain read access and #open #access #publishing opportunities to Swiss researchers, negotiations between #swissuniversities and #Wiley were interrupted in March 2025.

➡️ Switzerland is therefore in a no-deal situation with Wiley for the year 2025.
