Made a Vegan Taco Pizza. It’s a delicious way to get taco flavors onto a pizza crust using plant-based ingredients. Could work well for Taco Tuesday or the upcoming Cinco de Mayo!

Taco Pizza Fiesta! 🍕🌮

✨ What You’ll Need:
🌮 Pre-made pizza dough
🫘 Refried beans
🧀 Shredded cheddar cheese
🥩 Ground beef (seasoned with taco seasoning)
🍅 Diced tomatoes
🧅 Diced onions
🌶️ Jalapeños (optional)
🥑 Guacamole or sour cream (for topping)

my roommate didn’t know about #tacopizza until yesterday

A taco pizza is a pleasantly messy affair, and with Abbie's slices being cut into strips, it was doubly so! Eating a slice without dropping most of the crushed chips was a challenge. After a few slices, I resorted to letting the chips slide off and eating them with a fork along with a bite of pizza. If I had planned ahead, I would have had a bottle of Cookies taco sauce handy at home. Instead I moistened the chips with some Pace picante sauce to make them easier to eat with a fork.

[3/4] I ordered a large #TacoPizza to go. This build offers finely crumbled ground beef and mozzarella, plus a post-bake finish of shredded lettuce, crushed nacho cheese tortilla chips, and a welcome surplus of mild taco sauce packets. A taco #pizza is a pleasantly messy affair, see ALT TEXT.
