Day 133 Physics - Started an Archimedes Buoyancy lab which will continue tmrw. Today was a lot of problem solving with setting equipment up & reviewing how overflow beakers work.

It’s #BritishScienceWeek and our science trainees are getting hands‑on - from dissecting animal poo to making rainbows. Their curiosity is incredible!

Feedback from our #TeachPhysics interns is overwhelmingly positive and we are looking at how we can best support them to continue that journey into teaching. We do have some great success stories of #TeachPhysics interns who are now teaching and leading physics 🙂
...and it's easy to show that removing one source and adding a reflecting barrier also creates an interference pattern, this time between the source and its reflection. The cross-section view can be used to examine this.
