Big slightly concave concrete tower with three cutouts in the center of a plaza. The bottom cutout is a large (two story) pointed arch. The middle cutout, which is pointed top and bottom and is about a third taller than the middle cutout has 4 horizontal poles, each supporting a bell. The top cutout, which is about half the height of the middle cutout, and is pointed at the bottom and curved at the top, has a single bell hanging from the top. The sides of the tower extend above the third cutout. The walls of the tower between the cutouts are the same size as the bottom cutout. Also visible in the picture are grass, the plaza, bushes, lamp posts, a trash can, trees, buildings, and a red Temple T flag.
