A dragon with a transparent scales you can see the muscle depending the view perspective the scales also can reflect light so it doesn’t have a specific color. The head haves a pair of white horns and some tusk to attract females. Teratology for this one was a free choice so I chose Ehlers - Danlos a condition where the skin is so thin you can see the person muscles. Also I got inspired by glass frogs for reference
