I've possibly found a regression in #texlive but it might not be packaging but the #upstream. Reading the build instructions does not make me confident I can bisect this one.

That's three boxes updated to #trixie now. The last one was a bit of a challenge: I run a reasonably full installation on it, including #GNOME and #TeXLive. Two of my partitions, /var and /, were not quite big enough for the installation, so I needed to move some files around.

I would recommend considering #tinytex instead of those insanely bulky #texlive or #miktex. You can simply copy #tinytex to a folder, set the system path and then you can start using #lyx with it.

#TeXLive 2020 geht auf die Zielgerade. Letzte CTAN-Updates wurden eingespielt. Nach den abschließenden Tests wird die neue Version online veröffentlicht, kommt aber auch auf DVD u.a. zu allen Mitgliedern von @dante_ev.
